Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Dr. Khaled Elamir Clinic account and all of your data at any time.
From inside the app (immediate)
- 1Sign in to your account.
- 2Patients: open the menu, then Settings. Clinic staff: open Admin, then Settings.
- 3Scroll to Delete account.
- 4Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Can’t sign in to your account?
Email us from the address registered on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address and phone number
- Your weight, water, medication and symptom history
- Investigations and progress photos you uploaded
- Your appointments and clinic attendance records
- Your weekly check-in answers
- Any notification tokens for your devices
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please note: where law or medical record-keeping obligations require the clinic to retain a separate clinical record of your care, that record is held outside this app and is not covered by this deletion.
